big toe goes numb

2016/7/22 10:13:29

Question
When I jog for more than about 5 minutes at a time, my big toe goes numb.  Does this mean that I am wearing the wrong type of running shoes?  Would a different type of running shoe help the problem?  I am going to buy a new pair of running shoes, and I want to make sure that I get the right type.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Answer
Hi nicole
It would apear to me that your shoes are to tight and not leaving enought room for your foot to spread on planting of shoe.Your pinching a nerve. The most important thing is allowing enought room for your foot to spread on contact and that the shoe feels comfortable to you.

To a good selection
The very best
