Running for weightloss

2016/7/22 10:13:15

Question
I have devised a sled to carry weights that I can drag behind me while I jog. I am running in order to lose weight. Am I doing myself any good? or am I increasing my risk for injury. I am 23 and relativley healthy but I am about 30lbs overweight.

Answer
Hi Greg
Your increasing your chance of injury. The best way to lose weight is easy joging consistently, and the longer your runs the faster the fat peals off.You must fine tune your diet, since you only burn about a 100 cal. a mile.Last be patience and keep your focus greg.

To your success

John
