It was so good to hear back from you and can't wait to hear how your doing.Your height weight ratio is fine as long as its good muscle tissue.I have pened a few words for you to help keep you focused as you climb the mountains in front of you.I would print it out and put some place you can read it from time to time.
When you have a dream in your heart adina and a vision of victory you can live and be the hero of your own success story. The wide doors of opportunity will open for you and are waiting for your entrance. like with any journey you will encounter some adversity and is at this moment you must stand tall in these difficult times in life and focus beyond where you are now.Don't talk about the problems. You must consentrate on the solutions and speak to the mountains which lie ahead. You must have the courage to be creative and dare to do what you have never done before. This is the only way to accomplish the impossible.Keep your eyes fixed on the path to the top but don't forget to look in front of you.The last step depends on the first.

If anyone was looking for a motivating story to get them "up" for today's races, the Women's 85-89 world record in the 3000 meters was broken yesterday by a Californian named Ms. Gerry Davidson. The 3000 is 1.86 miles and she ran it in just over 24 minutes.
