Tight shorts in sports

Question
Hello,
*Why male athletics especially runner (as I mention) use stretchy
shorts (tight underwears)? Is it nessesary, or not? What is your
recommendation? I do aerobics and running, how about aerobics
(additionally I have varicocele)
*How should it be in general for men? for example about the shape
(surely it's different from women's because of existence of male
genitals, and sometimes some shorts make it difficult for men to
wear)
These questions are very important to me, and I hope you answer it
please.
Thank you very much for your cooperation
Good bye
Answer
How are ya
The journey between the feet and the heart,,which is the farthest distance that blood travels in the body,is made through two networks of blood vessels.Presure within leg veins is relatively high.Small veins line these veins to facilitate the movment of blood by preventing back flow.It is for this reason that supposely that additional support will increase the transport of blood flow to the working muscles their by increasing performance.I personally don't like the constriction. For the average person they are not neccessary, unless you want to be a little more in with the crowd. In your case with varicocele,if you are feeling some dicomfort and you want to experiment and see if it aliviates any problems or adds to your comfort as you train, give it a go.They can't hurt one bit.
I hope i answered your questions appropiatly. If i can help further, just get in touch.
Lots of success to you
John
