Question
i do alot of running and im planning on running alot of marathons this year.Ive been trying to find ways to increase my endurance and speed dramaticly and i got some advice from a friend.A while ago people used to do whats called milkshaking to thier race horses before races at the track.this practice is now banned but i guess alot of athletes are doing this to themselves instead of taking drugs to enhance thier performance. This is the formula i got
performance enhancing compound for humans
"The Milkshake"-TCO2-(an alkalizing agent)
This will:
A. increases the level of c02 in the bloodstream(instant carbo loading)
B. Rid your muscles of lactic acid curbs any buildup of lactic acid
C. will increase your endurance and stamina by 300%
D. inhibits fatigue
Take 1 to 2 hours before endurance exercise or competition
only good up to six hours after consumption
1. baking soda or sodium bicarbonate(NaHCO3)
2. water(H20)
3. sugar(glocose)
4. powdered gatorade(electrolytes)
PLEASE READ
POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
1.warning signals from the body are effectively masked by the milkshake.
if you are injured, wait for that injury to heal before milkshaking
you may worsen that injury by attempting to run through it
instead of compensating for the pain.
2.In some cases, the 憁ilkshake?could cause colic, dehydration and diarrhoea.
3.could change the pH of the urine and either inhibit or increase the excretion
of certain drugs, reducing the chance of detection in a urine sample.
Ive been using this formula for some time now and it does dramaticly increase my distance and speed i can run twice as far as i used to and at twice the speed it seems.so far the only side effect ive experienced is alot of uncontrolable burping and flatulance after ingestion. Is this too good to be true? Im wondering if this Milkshaking is going to do some long term damage or is it really some kind of miracle cheat?I would like to know.thank you in advance for your thoughts.
Answer
Hi David
I really couldn't comment on something i no nothing about, but off the record i would not touch this. You didn't mention any time improvments.I've seen and heard a lot in my 28 years in this sport with every level of athlete, and i think if this is some kind of a new discovery it would be something i would of known about. If you think you have something I suggest you document your findings over time.In regards to any harmfull effects and long term damage, only time tells. The first question i would ask you if you decided to work with me in regards to training and bringing your running to the higher level,is have you really explored what you have or could do to get the results that your commited to before jumping into something which could have some serious downside.I hope this helps David.
The very best in
your quest
John
