2016/7/22 10:12:01

Question
Thank you.  When I am at the end of my run (1-2 mile, 7min per) and afterward for about 10 minutes my teeth and gums will ache tremendously.  Do you know why or what it means?

Answer
Hi Brian
Not totally sure, but could be your tensing up your jaw and mouth area do to the intensity of your run.Try running more relaxed and be especially concerned with the jaw and clenching your mouth.I loved to hear if that works for you brian if you get a chance.Any other questions get in touch.

All the best

John
