Leg numbness running hills

2016/7/22 10:11:46

Question
I am 52 years old and have been running long distance for nearly a decade now. Lately my legs go numb (no pain nor pins and needles) from the knees down when I run up hills. What can this be?

Answer
High Faith
That has something to do with pinch nerves in the back.I would really get into a solid abdominal and back strengthening program. They are both probably a little weak faith. There comes a time when we have been at this running game a while, that we have to get back to some basics in order to stay ahead of injuries.Any other questions just get in touch.

All the best

John
