I like to jog, but soemetimes difficult to find the time.
I jog 20 minutes and walk for 10 minutes. Is it adequate. My aim is to loose my fat and weight.

First rule is you do what you can untill you can find more time.The second rule is a lot of patience and being consistent.The other thing you can do is take a good close look at your diet and fine tune for a good balance.Work your way up to a full 30min.If you look at your schedule i'm sure you can squeeze in a few more miles,early morning or evening.You can do it on what you are doing adam.

what is the best duration to do jogging. Is it 20 mins,30 mins etc. By the way , i also have problems with my abs. How to loosen the fat and have the flat abs.
Second problem is with my chest. I think happened after i used dumbell for some time.My chest is not like other men's.More to breast shape (sharp) rather than flat than other men. What happened actually and how to get the chest as other men.

To reduce body fat any place on your body you want to do 30 minutes 5 to 6 days a week plus a lot of ab work and really fine tune your diet with a good balance.For the chest you want to do a complete upper body program incorporating all the muscle groupes.
