Jogging - weight loss

Hi Ryan,

I was hoping that you could let me know if jogging on the treadmill for 45 minutes (5.5km) twice a week would be effective in weight loss? I do folloow a healthy diet during the week and do 150 crunches evry morning when I get up for work.

I havent lost anything in a month and was wondering if I was doinf something wrong.

What do you call a healthy diet? Also, you should run atleast 5 days a week....the more the better if you are serious about losing weight and getting fit. Working out 1 day and taking three days off just won't cut it. What is your height, weight, age?
