Question
Hi Dr.
Earlier on i was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism (14pts), and after 2-3 months medication on (Neomercazole/Carbimazole) i was diagnosed with Hypothroidism. I want to know the safety of jogging daily in thyroid patient?? coz i have mild palpitation each time after jogging, i felt the heart beating quite fast, then i would have to take half tablets of Proponolol, just to slow down the heart beat? I am not running fast, i just jog, coz i want to sweat more, if i do a brisk walking, i don't sweat /perspire that much?

Pls advice Dr., whether safe to jog, i don't want end up with Heart Attack/Failure..
