Question
Dear Mr.John Dehart,
I am 50 years old(49 completed) and recently won 400, 800 meters Gold and 100 meters Silver in my State Level Veterans(Andhra Pradesh,South India, India) in 50+ age group and selected for National Level competions held between Feb12 to Feb15 2009 at Lucknow, UP, India and won Bronze medal.
1.My main problem is in 100 meters starting is ok (I feel) by reacing 50 meters I am feeling burned and my speed is reduced.(Some times when there is no rest on the previous day) my time is 16 seconds now.  Can I get any improvement for the next nationals (Nov/dec 2009) but for the other competitions.  Suggest me some training schedules
2.Well I need one advice.  Now the season (no more competitions) Till Nov/Dec 2009 I will not be having any competitions.  What kind of Schedule do you advice me. I wish to win my GOLDS in the next competitions.
with regards
