Question
Okay so for the past 5 months when I go for long hard runs after about a mile I get extremely painful cramps like where i would get them if I was on my period.... which I'm not on it but it's not on like a side it's in the middle of where my ovaries are. I don't know what's wrong.
Answer
Hi Alyssa
If it is not directly related to your ovaries which it could be..just google ovaries pain for some read..It could be nutrition related, dehydration, strained or weak abdominal. It is not uncommon when you push hard in a run.Running puts a lot of strain on the abs especially people relatively new.Not knowing your complete bio such as age height weight how long you have been running and miles a week diet before run number of hours. There just is a lot of info needed to pin point situation. If you want to get back to me with this perhaps i get zero in a little better or you could call if you like.
All the best
