Running and getting ill

Question
I'm a female in the Military. 50 years old and in good shape. I used to speed run and could run 5 miles a day. Now in post menopause I have a fearful and terrible time. My Doctor has run all sorts of tests.
I'm trying to drink more water. What happens especially during a PT Test, I start out try and keep a steady pace and I work on my breathing, but my sugar drops like a rocket, I feel like with each foot pounding on the pavement that I'm slamming my bones straight up through my body, I get super red, oversweat and vomit and that continues for a day or so afterwards.
I've tried eating high carbs before running, taking glucose pills while running, check my blood sugar before running??? Tried everything.
Now I'm making juices and lots of juiced carrots to see if maybe I'm missing some mineral in my diet.
What may it be. I'm not on HRT because I had cancer years ago and my GYN said it was too dangerous.
Any answers would help.
Thank you
Terri Jo
