Answer
Hi Juan
Knee problems are quite normal for active individuals and will always be that way so you have to keep on it all the time. Most injuries are related to alignment and tracking situations and effect the surrounding muscles tendons and ligaments that support the tracking and alignment of the knee.Other things that effect it are weak adductor abductor quads hamstrings rotating pelvis wek back and abs.The best tool for quick results is a up right stationary bike workouts for 30 to 45 min a few times a week with med tension high rpm 65 to 90..Ice as often as you can and add 500mg vit c with your 3 meals a day.Last have a great deal of patience and give it time to heal. You will be fine doesn't seem serious, but you have to address it and fix it.
All the best
