when i run i feel a tweak in my knee

hi there,
       i was playing soccer around two weeks ago and i was kicked in the leg with the persons studs up i had a bruise but after a week it went away no problems when i had the bruise except for obvious pain but since then whenever i power walk or play any sports activities my knee starts tweaking and feels although it's out of place i also start like a jitter and it's very painful I'm 15 and was just wondering if it was serious.
