Bleep Test

Question
I have to run a Bleep Test on Dec 6/10 as part of the physical for a Police Application. I ran it in early October and made it level 6.5. I have to achieve level 7 to succeed. I was completely drained of energy at 6.5 so I must improve.
Before that the only cardio I had been doing was riding an exercise bike for 60 minutes a day, 6 days a week. Since then I have been running using the light poles as markers and also doing hill sprints.
I still ride the exercise bike for the same time but have started using ankle weights while riding.
1. Am I on the right track to success?
2. Do I have enough time to prepare?
3. How many days a week should I be running?
I am 30 years old, 210 lbs and 5'11" tall.
Answer
Hi Ian
I'm going to give you two choices to resolve and answer your question for your opportunity for success with my experience.Your questions as follows.
1..Not totally, you have to do more running work, but has to be very specific to your test.
2..Yes..But you have to implement a very aggressive specific program to address your situation quick with what your lacking and take action now
3..7 Days with a very specific program with dry runs along the way
That is the first choice question of 123
Second is to call me here in albuquerque and let me get very specific and drill down with a very specific program for you to follow.
All the best
John
