Yawning

2016/7/22 10:06:19

Question
Ok my I know my question isn't exactly best fit for this category but this is the
closest I could find.

What does yawning do for the body exactly?

When I do yoga positions like laying on my back with my knees to my right
for instance (having my body twisted), I tend to yawn a lot a lot, but it feels
good and let me tell you why. When I am tired or something, I will honestly
just sit back and do some of this yoga/stretching to yawn on purpose for 15
minutes straight.  because for some reason I've been noticing after yawning
for that long, I get back a lot of energy!! Why is this?

p.s. I'm 19, in good shape, and am a male.

Answer
Hi Josh
The body is an astonishing piece of work and if you take the time to study and learn to interpret how the body talks to you daily such as you are experiencing with yawning it will pay you loads of dividends and keep you out of the doctors office and correct your own injuries .This has given me over years the opportunity to help 100's and 100's of individuals and keep them away from the doctors office. There is very little medically that i can't interpret and provide a a solution to resolve the issue some one is experiencing. The answer to your question it is the bodies way of trying to get more oxygen. You will notice this happening in many situations such as when you first get out of bed.Just be aware you will see it happening over and over. The better shape your in the less you will notice it.Cardiovascular activities are the number one things to achieve fabulous health with to many benefits to mention at this time.I hope this in a round about way answers your question Josh. You came to the right place.

All the best

John
