Question
I have had ChrondoM for about 5 years now and tried different things in the beginning..I also get a Bakers cyst on the same knee when I start doing exercises... I have been to 5 doctors and 3 chiropractors. I have had multiple MRI's and its always the same story..the only thing no one can tell me is what proper exercises to do for me knee. I have tried some and my knee starts hurting again. I did notice that aqua running really helped. (i do not know why I am blabbing but my real question is What exercises Outside of a pool are good... I have read/heard steps are good/ steps are bad, lunges good/bad, half squats, rowing machine, ellipticals.. Always a mixed review. I know this depends on how you are performing these exercises. Some cause pain for me others do not. I just want to know a good routine... Could you please help?
Answer
Hi Curtis
Do to your 5yr history with no resolutions and numerous medical interventions and since you are here in the USA the easy way to give you the clarity and for me to get a clear history and bio on your past would be to call me here in Albuquerque NM any time so we can dig down and resolve your situation. This is the only way i could handle this properly do to the longevity of your situation. An email response will not give you or me a clear picture of your situation. If your interested just go to my site for contact.
All the best
