Question
Hi this manish,
I am 21 yrs old, and past 4-5 days i have started doing some exercise like running , rope skipping and normal stretching exercises to reduce my weight and to increase my stamina to run at least 5 KM a day. but from past two days i am feeling little pain in both knees and that also when i finished my exercise and walk normally. Is this normal for a beginner or there is some problem.
Also, can you please give me some tips regarding exercises and nutrition  to increase stamina?
reply soon

Answer
Yes manish, there are issues with just getting into it, and kinks, soreness, and overall pain is going to be a constant while starting. Just make sure you do your exercises with care, and take time off where necessary. Make sure you stretch, 15 minutes before, 15 minutes after. And also make sure that you counteract your exercises with proper diet.
