Question
QUESTION: Hi!
I am feeling sort of weakness in my legs. It's very difficult for me to stand on one leg and even while normal standing i feel the urge to change the position of my legs to maintain balance. Such situation gives me unpleasant feeling while standing in public.
By the way, i am 24 years old guy.
I hope you got my point.
Thanks.
ANSWER: Hi Adam
You have to get involved with some muscular skeleton exercises which support tracking and alignment and stability. My recommendation is an up right stationary bike workouts for 30 min to 1hr 3 to 4 times a week till you feel some stability and comfortable. You want to use medium tension increasing it as you become stronger at 65 to 85 rpm.You also want to do abdominal and back exercises to strengthen your core muscles to enhance your bike workouts. If you have any questions just get in touch Adam.
All the best

Thanks for your response.
Has it something to do with nerves system. What sort of abdominal and back exercises would you recommend? Also how can one estimate the approx. 65-85 rpm of bike ride?
Any supplements you want to suggest?

Answer
Hi Adam
I do not feel it has anything to do with nerves, but don't know your complete bio and past activities.Guessing your quite healthy not nerves.Just good old fashion ab exercises(sit ups).Back extensions.Just go by your breathing at a relative comfortable level with rapid spin.Just find that middle ground where you can finish the workout by just keep adjusting the pace.Vit c 500mg 3 times a day with food.
