Question
Dr
Since I started using this I am actually losing a bit of weight (combined with a healthy diet) and feeling better. My sluggish metabolism also seems to be getting a boost.
I am 52. To get the maximum benefits, should I walk every day for a shorter period or every second day for a longer period? I seem to feel more benefit from the long walks, but after a couple days of these I relly feel the need to take a rest day.
Thanks

This Chicago, South Loop & Elmhurst Laser Toenail Podiatrist says.......

Dear Bud,

Congrats on trying to improve your lifestyle!
Try to vary your exercise/walking routine. Try to have two days of vigorous exercise-as long as you can go(you can stop at 50 minutes if you wish). Two days of prolonged walking-at least 50 minutes-until you start to tire. One day of light walking(see if you can do the 50 minute minimum). Two days of rest.
Make sure you wear good supportive shoes.
Mix it up and keep a log. See what works best for you-above times are guides only.
You will notice amazing improvements within a few weeks!

Hope This Helps
Good Luck!
