burning in knee

Question
Hi, I was hoping you could help me. I am 39, 5'6" 128lbs. I am a light jogger. I have been jogging fairly consistently about 4 days a week without any pain. About 2 days ago, I woke up and stretched my legs out and had the most awful pain in my knee. It is hard to describe but it feels like right below my skin, it is being ripped, torn apart. Sometimes I look down and expect to see blood on my knee. At the same time it feels mildly numb, sort of like when numbness is wearing off from a shot. The numbness is consistent throughout the day but the tearing feeling only happens when I get up from a sitting position or have my leg bent and straighten it out. To give you an idea of where this is, its in the front lower part of my right knee, on the medial side of my patellar tendon. Have you ever heard of anything like this?
Answer
Hi Jennifer
It seems like you developed some tracking and alignment situations base on your description. What i recommend is over the next week try some stationary bike workouts med tension at about 65 to 85 rpm.I have used this method over a number of years with great success including myself and 100's around the world.Get back to me and let me know out it has been working. If you would like to call me here in Albuquerque NM any time to get more clarity on your situation your more than welcome at no charge.Just go to my web site for contact info.Any questions just give a shout out Jennifer.
All the best
John
