hi john
i use to run 3 days a week on tread mill, i experience heart pain while running on normal speed, i am male age 19, so that is why i run only 10 minutes, i want to ask you, what is the best way to increase the stamina? and how many days is good for me to run?

You said you experienced heart pain so first i would like to clarify your definition if you know it is specifically  actually your heart or just being out of shape and tightness in the chest and lack of breath before i recommend a course of training to improve your overall fitness.Get me this information and whether or not you have consulted a doctor for your heart pain which i believe probably have not and confused with just tightness in chest do to lack of fitness.I just want to insure your well being and provide a proper program and successful outcome for you Doni.
