Question
Hi John, 3 months ago i had slight tear of my pcl. I slipped once again and "tweaked" it , then tried to run a few weeks later...tweaking it again. I havent run again for 4-6 weeks and also went to PT 3 times a week. I have a click now and want to know when i can run full speed again..Any sugestions would be helpfull.

Answer
Hi Ken
There is no conclusive answer regardless of credentials that any one including so called medical doctors can predict when is the right time to start back up because everybody's situation is different and as for me i would need to ask you many questions  before i could make an appropiate diagnosis based on past and present activity history. If you want to write or call me with more detailed info i will be happy to address your situation.

All the best

John
