Question
Hello sir, it nice to meet you. I am new to running/jogging. When I first started I would run to a landmark such as a tree.
then
when I started to get used to that I'd go to the next tree, ect.
I've been running since January.
Today I barley made it. I thought I was going to pass out from being so winded.
I live in Fl and it is so incredibly hot here. I wonder if the heat and humidity would contribute to my stamina. It makes sense to me that it would, but lots of things that make sense aren't true.

Dear Joyce,

Try hydrating with water & some electrolytes during your runs. It's natural to have some bad days with the good days. Did you eat well? did you get enough sleep/rest? Wear a light colored breathable hat, to help with the heat. Try to run in the shade. Avoid the hottest part of the day.
Hope this helps & Good Luck
