Hi Sindee,
         I thought this would be quite an easy question to answer however it has proven to be quite difficult to source the information.
I think the best you can do is go to the Irish Turf Club site at www.turfclub.ie, go to the License tag on the menu, go through the various lists and count them.
Sorrow I cant be more helpful but I could not get a simple answer from my contacts.
