i wanted to know all about horse race ,all the terminolgy,bets and how and where to start.

Your question is very broad. I can tell you how to get started and that is get books and video on the subject or even go to a race track and simply ask around to track employees if they know of anyone who is hiring someone willing to learn. Farms are the best place to start. I could tell you more if I knew what exactly what aspect of racing you would like to get involved in.
