regarding head numbers in the track program and the DRF. what does that mean?27

hi-- i think that might be because everything must be correct in order to pay off the public, so if there is any discrepancy of any type, then the race is null and void. i am not sure if this is for thoroughbred or standardbred tracks. thanks. ED HESS
