Downloadable Horse Sires

Do you know if there is a place or a service that allows you to download a horses pedigree in an excel format or a format that can be imported into a database program.

Thanks for your question.  

I do know of a couple of places where you can get pedigree reports - I have never used them so I don't know what particular format they are published in and don't know whether you can request them in the excel format.

Go to (1) www.brisnet.com and click on upper tab "Pedigree %26 Lifetime Starts", then "Pedigree Reports" - the second site is (2) www.equibase.com and click on the left side "Information by Horse" then "Premium Edited Pedigrees".
