jockey career in USA

hi. my name is munna. i am from india. i want to become a thoroughbred jockey in USA. i have passed 10th, 11th, 12th with 75%. i will be writing my TOEFL exam in a couple of days to come to USA. my age is 24 years. my height is 5feet 7inch. weight is 67kg. i will reduce my weight to 50kg. i will learn basic english riding here in india. so, can i become a jockey in USA? do i need to be a resident of USA? do american jockeys get paid well? is the job demanding and has scope in future? do i need to join any jockey training school? please answer sir!!!

hi well if you do come to the us, you should go to the race track and try to get a job for a trainer who needs a good exercise boy to gallop horses. then after the trainer see's how you can ride a horse he may help you get your jocks license. your weight will will have to be looked at when you are galloping horses here in the us. there is a weight amount you must meet to ride in a race.you might want to attend a jockey school also . thanks ED HESS
