Tranexamic Acid
Question
I have a barrel horse that just became a bleeder, verified by a vet. I was told that Tranexamine Acid was easier on him than Lasix by a friend that uses Lasix, I would like to know what is best to use and how to use it and what the side effects are?
Answer
hi -- i do think that your vet will tell you what kind of medicine to use on the horse as there are many bleeder cures on the market to use on horses to prevent bleeding. so to be sure you are doing the best for the horse, contact your vet for his advise.. thanks ED HESS
