horses start dropping back at the bends

2016/7/15 11:24:37

Question
hello sir, why do few horses start dropping back at the bends???

Answer
HI IT IS PROBABLY CAUSED BY A PROBLEM . HAVE YOUR VET CHECK THEM OUT WHILE THEY ARE COOLING OUT TO SEE WHERE THEY ARE SORE. YOU WILL SEE THESE PROBLEMS SHOW UP IN THE TURNS, BECAUSE THAT IS WHEN THEY CHANGE LEADS. SOME PROBLEMS ARE IN BEHIND AND OTHERS ARE SHOULDERS, HOCKS, ANKLES AND KNEE PROBLEMS. THANKS ED HESS
