Are there any table sized rivers that flow water downstream?

Rivers are natural watercourses that flow downhill, typically towards seas or oceans. They can be very wide, such as the Amazon River, or narrow, such as a mountain stream. However, rivers are not typically described as being "table-sized". Rivers are typically much larger than tables.
