Kayaking basic exercises for Adv Racing
Question
I am going to participate in an adventure racing, It has about 14 hours of sea kayaking, Ive done that in another race, but now I dont have the time to go kayaking, what simple exercises can I do to get the muscles done? or a web page that ilustrate them would be better.

A simple rowing machine is the best. If you don't have access to one the best way is to just paddle a lot, that's what I do. Remember, make sure that your rotator cuff muscles are in shape or you can risk dislocation in your shoulders. There are some simple ones you can do, and information is readily available from any sports medicine specialist, or on the internet. good luck, and have fun. let me know if you have any more questions!
