I am from the UK, and I have recently purchased a Reebok RB1000 exercise cycle. which includes heart rate monitor. It has 9 levels and I am curious at what speed / level should I start at using this machine..

Previously I need some aditional information: How old are you? Gender? Height? Weight? Have you any previous experience as a cyclist? (describe). Which is your objective? (Fitness, racing, weight control, etc.) Is the indoor trainer equipped with cadence facility? What else includes your HRM? How many days per week can you train and how many hours per day? Think carefully and state real times!
