QuestionI like to bike, and I would like to bike a whole lot more but I find the seat really uncomfortable. Leaning way forward into a good biking position puts too much pressure into my groin. Is there any bike seat that is more comfortable and better designed for a mans anotomy?
AnswerDear Jeffery,
Thanks for asking me this, this is a problem which many man have but many arent saying this.
First, a flat position on a racebike isnt comfortable!
Second, put the saddle exactly horizontal, or adjust this some millimeters if you couln't find your position.
But Specialized has special Body Geometry saddles, maybe you have a Flite saddle or just more smaller than this one.
Maybe a Concor or a "old" San Marco Rolls saddle is more comfortable because they are wider.
Plus when you ride a wide saddle, and you come on the front this should be painful because all your weight comes into your groin.
So, is I cant say which saddle is the best for you.
But I can say that trying in the shop on a testbike where they have many saddles where you may try them.
Good luck,
And mail me if you have sucseeded on
