Im a beginner and I love cycling. I've been cycling on and off for about a year now. I want to get serious. Any advice on how to get fit and stay fit. I'm also sure I would have to eat and drink right. I need some of your experience.

Are you looking to obtain a level of fitness or are you looking to cycle at a higher level? While cycling is a great way to get more fit, I view cycling as recreation that is healthy, not as an end to a fitter body.
