Used Bicycles In Amsterdam

Hello Michael,

I need to purchase a used bicycle in Amsterdam. A number of people have told me to buy a stolen one near the university but I do not want to.

Are there any shops that specialize in used bikes? I've been in a number of shops but they only sell very expensive new bikes.

Hello Thomas,

First do not buy any bikes somewhere, when you don't know from who they originally are. People often think that is easy, to have a bike around for less money (for 10€ from a junkie), but when your own bike is stolen you'll think ?wanna buy also a used one. But don't!!!
It is difficult to say where they sell those, there a local bikeshops. But they are many stores who I don't either know. First I don't know your budget and type of a bike you wanted. And maybe you can try it with ;
