Hi!
I realize that this question may not be an area you know about, and its fine if you can't answer this question. I am going backpacking through Europe with a friend and was wondering what kind of training we might need.

I did a search on google for "workouts for backpacking" and got over 60,000 sites. Backpacker magazine at backpacker.com has a great deal of information not only on workouts but also on things like what to take, best routes and much more. Personally I think if that were what I planned to do, I would get as much information as possible and backpacker.com looks like it may be a great resource.
