Use of a driver
Question
I have tried everything in using a driver! I just cant get it. Would you please tell me the location of where to place the driver before a swing in comparision to the ball. I really need help. Thanks.
Answer
Many opinions on this--I prefer to place the ball by standing with your feet completely together, place the ball exactly between your feet in address distance in front of your feet, then move the toe of your left foot toward the target about 30 degrees leaving the left heel where it was, now move the right foot toward your right side until you feel balanced comfort--
This will have your feet slightly wider than your shoulders width and the ball aligned with your heel of the left foot---After you use this position and are making solid contact for a few days, move the ball toward your left side one ball width, making the alignment even with the left instep--
Keep you left arm straight, not stiff, straight---All the your weight to the right side on the back swing, all the weight to the left side during and after impact--Left shoe with the weight on the outside and right shoe with the toe only on the ground foot vertical on the follow through, belt buckle toward the target--Practice in front of a mirror or a large window refelection if you can--
Good Luck--
