i used it for the first time the other day and half of the shots were long but started straight then gradually worked their way right like a slice but not severe, but all the same found the long stuff.my iron play is straight down the line.
any ideas please
Answer
When the ball STARTS straight, it means the clubface was square to the line of flight at impact---When it turns after going straight it means the spin of the ball was not verticle, it was instead diagonal---Your angle of attack caused this---
You need to line up with a square clubface aimed at 12 o'clock---Make sure your path through where the ball is located goes from 7 o'clock to one o'clock-----This will cause a hook---To get a straight ball just reduce the angle slightly until you are happy with the results--
Some of the time just a closed stance will enough, but remember it is where the shoulders are aligned is where the ball will start--
