Do you know why the Master's Logo has a red flag but the flags at Augusta are yellow?   Thank you.

It is simply a cosmetic decision.  A red flag looks better than a yellow one in front of the yellow of the continental United States in the logo.

The tournament committee uses yellow flags on the golf course because it is the best color for visual acuity against the green grass.
