Question
What is used to determine if a player is eligible next year, money list, Fed Ex standings???  Since Tiger has not played much and is not very high on money list what happens?

I'm not completely sure what your question is.  If you're asking if Tiger will be eligible to play on tour next year...he will.  He has a number of exemptions that he can use to get into any event he chooses.  If you're asking if he will be eligible to play in the PGA Championship next year...same thing.  As a past winner, he's in.

However, Tiger may not play in the minimum 15 events that the US PGA Tour requires in order to be considered a "member" of that tour.  One doesn't need to be a member of the US Tour to play in tour events.  Many of the European Tour players play in US Tour events every year.  Tiger could always write a letter and ask for a waiver of that rule due to his "off course special circumstances".  I'm sure it would be granted as the US Tour wants Tiger to play in any and all events he is willing to enter.
