Hello Dathaeus my name is Duane Hewlett and I had a question about what whould be a good work out plan for me such as helping my flexibility and strength. I am currently a 1 handicap and I am 15 years old. Also I go to the driving range a lot but some times it doesn't feel as affected as it could be. Could you help me with that.
