QuestionI am three months into learning the game from a friend who carries a single digit handicap (maybe a 5 or 6 from what I recall). Anyway, I live in Houston where it rains all the time and the driving range is closed because it doesn抰 drain well. But I work at a place that has a gymnasium that is unused most of the time. I wanted to go down there and hit some practice balls, but then I ran across this product called Swing Groover II on the internet ( I am wondering if this product is worthwhile. Thanks much!

I think I just deleted this question before I sent it. Hope this is not a duplicate answer. What I said was I don't think you need to spend $150 on that. I refer to things like that as bells and whistles. Fun to look at, cool gadget, but useless to you getting better. Get yourself a net, a piece of astro turf, some balls and a club and go set it up in the gym and start practicing. You are after repetition until you can get back outside to the golf course. Find another course or driving range that is open. But if you have to go inside, you can probably do it for a lot less $$$. But, it is totally up to you.
