IS IT MANDATORY TO TAKE RELIEF FROM GROUND UNDER REPAIR

Hello Larry, thanks for the question.  It is not mandatory to take relief from GUR, however most courses would prefer that you did in many cases simply because they are trying to improve that area.  In the cases where they are simply trying to offer relief where the terrain is bad, that is YOUR option to take relief or not.  If you decide to take relief, you must take COMPLETE RELIEF. In other words, you cannot still be partially standing in the GUR.  Good luck, thanks again for asking, and remember...
