Club Grips
Question
Can you tell me how often and what is the best solution to clean grips. I clean my clubs after every use, whether its a round of golf or just being at the driving range. Fanatic, maybe, but my thoughts is that I've invested a good sum of money on my tools of the game and to me a clean club performs its best. Thanks for your time...Ken
Answer
Ken,
Cleaning your grips is important. To keep your grips free from dirt and perspiration will enhance the grip you have on the club without too much pressure.
If your grips are anything but leather I would recommend cleaning your grips the following way. Warm soapy water and a bristle brush. Then rinse under warm water and towel dry. Once a month is more than enough but you be the judge of that.
If they are leather, make sure that you get a good quality leather cleaner.
Thanks for the question.
