Low Kick Point shafts

I am 58 years old and have been recommended to look at repalcing my shaft for a Low kick point shaft to get the ball in the air and gain more distance, can you recommmend a shaft hat I should use

Hey Dennis.

It's been a while since I've really been around the business of clubmaking. It would be hard to recommend something like this without watching you swing. Are you talking about replacing the shaft in a driver, or all of your shafts?  If you're talking about the irons, you should take a look at True Temper. They have some shafts specifically engineered for higher ball flight. As far as driver shafts go...there are almost too many to think about.  Your best bet is simply to go to a source for shafts and look through what's available. You'll be able to compare the specs on several different models.

Sorry I wasn't more help. It's just tough to tell someone this sort of thing without watching them hit some balls.
