Handicaps. 4 ball handicap match play.

Question
We had our qualifying round for our 4 ball handicap match play champs. We qualifyed No1. Do we play off the same handicap as we had in the qualifying round in our first match game? As my partner has lost a few shots off his handicap since the qualifying round.

Hi Neil,

It would depend on the rules of your club. Check it out with the rules committee to be sure.

I would say that player use there current handicaps when playing a match. If your partner's cap has come down becuase of good play, then he would play with a lower handicap.
