Shaft damage

I just bought a new Nike Dymo2 driver.  In the process of removing the price label, i ever so slightly scored the shaft with a razor blade.  The cut line is so faint I bet you couldn't find it without using your fingernail to feel for it.  Will this in any way compromise the layers of the shaft?  It is right above the hosel and is about one inch long running the length of the shaft.

It sounds as though it is an extremely small scratch. I doubt if it will adversely affect the the shaft and it's performance. I would take the club to a club repair shop and get his/her opinion. Be able to see the cut is very important.
